2021 Top Tech Priorities TCCtech Embraces for Customers

Regarding the IDC’s technology predictions*, the key to futureproof from the next economics crisis is “Digital Resiliency” The “Digital Resiliency” is the ability for an organization to rapidly adapt to business disruptions by leveraging digital capabilities to maintain continuous business operations.

This time we are talking about rapidly adaptation with the most disruptive challenge of the past 75 years from Coronavirus. From Garner’s report**, the 9 strategic technology trends will enable the Digital Resiliency include Internet Behaviors, Total experience strategy, Privacy-enhancing computing, Distributed cloud, Anywhere operations, Cybersecurity mesh, Intelligent composable business, AI engineering and Hyperautomation.

In term of top technology priorities, different businesses may have different priorities, depending on the businesses’ nature and maturity.
