August 23, 2012, TCC Technology executives joined the 11th IT-Alliance annual meeting hosted by Advanced Info Service Co.,Ltd. (Public) at Intuch Tower. The main purpose of holding this meeting is to have the members shared knowledge and experience among each other. After warm welcome from Mr. Mark Chong Chin Kok, Chief Operating Officer of AIS Group, Mr. Kosit Suksingha, Managing Director of TCC Technology, opened the meeting as a chairman. The keynote speaker was started when Mr. Chaicharoen Atipat, Executive Vice President and representative of PTT group, shared how to create ICT Sustainability plan. Afterwards, Mr. Suwat Punnachaiya, Assistant Managing Director of TCC group shared about “New era of connectivity”. After break session, Dr. Santipat Arunthari, Chief Technology Officer of PTT ICT Solutions stated about COBIT5. Then, lastly, Ms Wannee Sriwisate, Assistant Vice President Customer, Channel Management and Engineering Application of AIS Group, gave a presentation about “Customer Relationship Management on Social Network”.
