TCC Technology Group, led by T.C.C. Technology Co., Ltd. (TCCtech), Leap Solutions Asia Co., Ltd. (LSA), and Shinasub Co., Ltd. (SNS), has recently organized a townhall under the concept of “Continue our Journey” at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. Its aim was to synergize the workforce, in order to be ready for future technological trends, and to advance towards the organization’s missions. The speeches started with an overview of TECH Group’s business direction, presented by Mr. Teerapan Luengnaruemitchai, Managing Director (4th from right, 1st row), and TCC Technology Group’s business direction, presented by Mr. Pipit Jariyavattanavijit, Deputy Managing Director – Commercial and Operation (2nd from right, 1st row). The key messages from the management team also encouraged TCCtech staff to prepare themselves and be ready for a new chapter in 2023.

Mr. Teerapan Luengnaruemitchai, Managing Director, stated, “Thailand has entered the era of smart industry, in which technology plays a vital role in advancing the organization. This affects the rising demand for workforce in technology development. TCCtech consistently recognizes the value of assisting the young generation in getting ready for future developments in technology. Furthermore, TCCtech believes that technology should be developed to yield the greatest advantages for users.”

Mr. Pipit Jariyavattanavijit, Deputy Managing Director – Commercial and Operation, mentioned, “We appreciate all staff who keep driving and leading the organization to accomplish our goals as planned. This year, TCCtech intends to adapt and create new ways of work to be more focused on speed and efficiency, to address our customers’ needs better.”

Ms. Pornpis Thawornprapasawat, Assistant Managing Director – Finance and Corporate Services (4th from left, 1st row) said, “After all this time, TCCtech was able to get through the challenging times due to the efforts of the TECH family, who continually served as the organization\'s major force and source of inspiration.” Moreover, Ms. Pornpis also shared an encouraging phrase for working that was “Perseverance without discouragement; it’s the only road to success.”

Mr. Pornpat Sridhanabutr, Human Resources & Administration Director (1st from left, 2nd row) told, “Continuous self-development is a crucial component that motivates and elevates efforts to reach the organization goals through new learning and adaptation in any changing circumstances. Moreover, better decisions and increased confidence will be the result of these acquired skills.”

Ms. Waleeporn Sayasit, GM – Corporate Communications (4th from left, 2nd row) said, “This town hall will be broadcasted on the open talk program * as a special conversation, delving into the heart of TCC Technology Group\'s management, with the purpose to ignite the spirit of all staff to understand the business direction and be ready to support the corporation’s larger scale plans.
