Campaign launched by TCCT to strengthen customer relationship management

2 September, 2014, Empire Tower Data Center (ETDC), Bangkok – TCCT Customer Services Team collaborated with VTiger CRM System Providers held workshop for TCCT’s NOC Engineers and Technical Support Engineers including Customer Relations and Support team to create more understanding for all related staff in CRM system and to be able to services. The workshop was also aimed to allow staffs to practice to record information and immediately solve problem informed by customers.

Recently, TCCT has launched a Hotline Center Number: +66 2626 0099 for customers to be able to report their problems occurs and creates ticket right away. The hotline is available with closely monitored by helpdesk for 24 hours.
