
Bangna Data Center (BNDC), Bangkok, March 09, 2015 – In continuing collaboration between two leading data center services providers: TCC Technology (Thailand) and 1-Net (Singapore) which has been continued from last year’s launch of their cross-border data centers in Thailand and Singapore, today TCC Technology (TCCT) and 1-Net (Singapore) has announced that this year they have worked together in a more in-depth scope as there will be a promising demand for AEC. Therefore these two leading players in ASEAN will sign technical collaboration agreement to gear up and support businesses in Sub Mekong district.
Data Center Facility Innovation and R&D
Pioneering in data center and turnkey services for over a decade, TCCT and 1-Net have held a farsighted vision of data center capability at a regional level therefore have made R&D with information based on existing customers’ feedback and preferences. They combined user experiences with latest data center technologies to produce the new innovations of data center facilities. These improvements include:
Human Resource Rotation/Transfer and Know-How Exchange and Transfer between TCCT and 1-Net. Facility Innovation which covers technical improvements both in terms of stringent process and facility management technique namely Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Computer Round Air Conditioning (CRAC), Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM) system, Building Management System (BMS), etc. Data Center Standard Re-Assessment and maintaining Best-in-Class Standard Standard and quality assurance (Routine Audit)
Mr. Wong Ka Vin, Managing Director of 1-Net said, “Today 1-Net and TCCT have made technical collaboration agreement to fortify our continuous collaboration. We together did R&D, data center innovation, technical improvements. Most importantly, our data center design and building team including operation team of experts have practice of making routine quality assurance by setting regular/routine audit at each other’s data center.” Mr. Voradis Vinyaratn, Executive Director and Acting Managing Director added, “Our Technical Collaboration Agreement is to create atmosphere of smooth technical operation and world-class service quality for both 1-Net and TCCT”.
In addition to R&D, Innovations, data center facility improvement, and standard re-assessment that TCCT and 1-Net have collaborated and worked on, good news is they are soon to announce their “Data Center Build and Design Collaboration” and expand new phase of our cross border data center this year. Enterprises, providers, and end users can now rest assure that high-bandwidth demands of Big Data analysis, Internet of Things, and greater traffic that will soon come with AEC will be supported by more improved TCCT and 1-Net’s cross – border data centers.
