TCC Technology Joined Roundtable Discussion in ACCA’s 2016 Q1 Meetings @ Bangkok, Thailand

March 10, 2016, C asean, Bangkok – Thailand is being spotted for its transformation to digital platform. For a good synergy to this national mission, private sector closely collaborated with public sector as steering team to discuss and seek best strategic plan, bridging the nation’s technology gap, and being ready for Digital Economy.

As Thailand’s leading Data Center and Cloud provider, TCC Technology (TCCT) participated in roundtable discussion represented by Mrs. Waleeporn Sayasit, Corporate Communications Director was a speaker under the topic “Industry Landscape: Data Centers and Cloud Adoption in Thailand” to give an overview on the country’s dynamic changing technology landscape and indicate what opportunities enterprises can seize.

Mrs. Sayasit gave her view, “Thailand is being greatly influenced on the paradigm shift of technology. In general we have seen major Cloud market drivers: 3G/4G LTE, Big Data, Internet of Things, Mobility, and Online which enlarged content delivery and traffic inside and outside of the country. For enterprises, I am certain that some are having anxiety and “Technology Shock” from not being prepared for this shift. Most enterprises lack in IT expertise. While focusing on developing their core competency, another important thing is to create effective solutions for the organizations.”

“The best solution is to have reliable and trusted professional to manage your IT requirements and facility. In Thailand, major data center providers and telcos play significant role in driving the Cloud market growth. Initially enterprises planned to adopt IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), and SaaS (Software as a Service) Cloud while Platform as a Service (PaaS) will be adopted subsequently. Apart from collaboration among data center and Cloud providers in Thailand, TCCT also made an international collaboration with strategic partners, Asia’s leading Cloud providers, to share best practice and market knowledge.”

As leading Hub for Data Center and Cloud providers, TCCT also left key takeaways for a number of IT stakeholders who joined to further develop Thailand for the better as there is a promising Cloud market growth to support business and investment.
